"Baby On Board" Casting News
The upcoming indie romantic comedy “Baby on Board” now has a cast! Jerry O’Connell, Heather Graham, John Corbett, Katie Finneran, Ian Ziering and Lara Flynn Boyle will be staring in the film about a happily married couple (O’Connell, Graham) whose lives get turned upside down by an unplanned pregnancy. Of course, they’ve got bitter friends (Corbett and Finneran) giving them bad marriage and parenting tips. Flynn Boyle is Graham’s mean, overdemanding boss and Ziering will be her trusted gay obstetrician.
Sounds a bit like a slightly changed version of “Nine Months” (starring Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore) doesn’t it?

Ian Ziering is way too hot, and way too masculine to play a gay man. No one will ever believe he is gay. Miscast. He should have been the lead with Heather Graham. OConnell should have played the gay obstetrician. Or Ziering should have played the mean boss, with Boyle playing a lesbian obstetrician. That seems more plausible. I will go see it anyway. I love Ziering. I loved Boyle in Twin Peaks. I totally love John Corbett from Sex in the City and that show he used to be on with a moose walking by the store/bar. And of course, OConnell is funny and always engaging to watch besides being hot (but in a boring way). I am sure this will be better than Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore (who I love from her As The World Turns Days). Wait. Hugh Grant should play the gay obstetrician. And Julianne Moore should play the Heather Graham role or the mean boss. Eh, I don’t know. OMG. I was just looking for NFO on Baby on Board signs. Where am I? How did I get here? Lord have mercy.
