What do you think of 24 star Elisha Cuthbert’s A Clockwork Orange inspired costume? Jack Bauer could use a tip from the torture scene in the movie which didn’t involve killing the witness like Jack seems to more often than not accidentally do.
Back to her costume though, my husband thinks it was a lame attempt […]

If you’re like me and are too old to go trick or treating, why not celebrate Halloween with a fearful filmfest! Here are some suggestions for movies to rent tonight!
The Addams Family (1991)It’s starts out at Christmas time and end up the following Halloween. It may not be a true Halloween film but how much […]

Elisha Cuthbert’s character in "The Quiet" has quite a different relationship with her father than her character on 24 did with daddy Jack Bauer. From the trailer it seems like her character is being molested and plans on killing her father. Looks like a creepy, yet good movie. Check it out in theatres now.

Tomorrow is 06-06-06 (June 6th of 2006) which marks two very important things. My mom, Debbie Israel’s birthday AND the release of a highly publicized movie "The Omen". I think the person who thought of releasing this movie which is all about a little boy born with the birth mark of 666 is a genius. […]

This week is gamer week at the movie theatres! I don’t know why I put an exclamation mark there, perhaps to hide my extreme dismay that the most exciting things I have to point out about the releases this weekend is a Uwe Boll movie and Grandma’s Boy.
I don’t even need to […]

It looks like studios are really counting on the fact that people can’t stand to be near their families for an entire weekend and will need to escape to the quiet dark of the movie theatre for a couple hours of respite.
Aside from the apparently very scary Wolf Creek, the execs have also figured that […]

We’ve got a decidedly non-Christmas-y edition of releases to retail this week, beginning with the possession horror tale The Exorcism of Emily Rose. If watching people thrash and speak in tongues in your idea of a good holiday film, then you’ve truly lucked in this year.
In a similar vein is the hack and slash […]
