Rambo: Preview & Trailer
Sylvester Stallone has been on a sequel kick the past few years. First Rocky Balboa, then Rambo, and I see he’s got Rambo V slated for a 2009 release.
I was just saying that actors should choose their roles carefully, because they might be with them for the rest of their lives.
In Rambo, released in theaters January 25, 2008, Stallone returns as John Rambo, now living a peaceful life in the jungles of Thailand (because really, where else would he live?). When Christian aid workers ask the tough guy to take them up the Salween River into Burma to deliver medical supplies, he refuses. His days of bloodshed are behind him, after all.
More after the jump, including a trailer…
The missionaries go anyway, and when they don’t come back, Rambo crosses the border and helps the kidnapped peace-mongers.
Directed by, written by, and starring Sylvester Stallone, this movie also stars Julie Benz, Matthew Marsden, Graham McTavish, and Rey Gallegos. Runtime is 93 minutes. Rated R for strong graphic bloody violence, sexual assaults, grisly images and language. Check out the official site.
