500 million miles from Earth … 60,000 passengers … have vanished … So begins the trailer for “Pandorum,” a sci-fi thriller about two crew members who awaken to a seemingly abandoned spaceship. But, of course, it’s not abandoned. From deep within the bowels of the vessel, they hear low, rumbling sounds. And they can’t remember who they are or what they’re doing there.

That classic musical “Fame” makes a comeback in theaters this weekend, along with a new Bruce Willis movie. Here’s the rundown:
Fame (PG). This modern update of Alan Parker’s 1980 movie follows a group of students attending the New York School of Performing Arts from audition through graduation.
