Up in the Air trailer with George Clooney – The buzz is good
October 5, 2009 by Jane Boursaw
What happens when you blend “Thank You For Smoking” and “Juno” together? you get a film that’s creating a lot of buzz on the film festival circuit, most recently at the Toronto Film Festival and the Telluride Film Festival, both of which took place in September.
“Up in the Air” stars George Clooney as Ryan Bingham, a corporate downsizing expert who loves life on the road. But just as he’s about to reach ten million frequent flyer miles – and just as he meets the frequent-traveler woman of his dreams — he’s pulled off the road and out of the air.
Directed by Jason Reitman (the Oscar® nominated director of “Juno” and writer/director of “Thank You For Smoking”), this movie also stars Vera Farmiga, Anna Kendrick, Jason Bateman, and Danny McBride. It hits theaters in limited release on Dec. 4, 2009. Watch the trailer and see what you think…
